So, did something go wrong??? I'm wondering what prompted this blog entry at this time... Or is it too horrible to recount... ;-[ ?

I'm guessing the tiling didn't go so well? Or is it something else? You were supposed to send them over to my house!!!!!

I'm just thinking about how I tore up the floor a year and two months ago and just last night finally got around to laying new tile. While we were working on it the kids had a screamy fight so we had to stop to put them all to bed.
After eleven as I started to put my dust mask and goggles back on and reached for the Dremel to grind down a high spot in the underlayment I remembered that it is really stupid to use power tools when you're too tired to see straight. I left everything in the middle of the mostly tiled floor and crawled into bed, where my knees, arms, hands, and head throbbed for a few hours.

I finished tiling this morning, did the baseboards and trim, and now I've just got a little more caulking to do. I'll post pictures of the finished product on Monday.
